AB design studio is a diverse group of architects, designers and builders who believe in the opportunity to make a difference through design. A classic modernist cabin from the 1950’s was transformed into a soulful retreat for an Interior Designer and her family. The original home, designed by famed Santa Barbara architect Lutah Maria Riggs, was a 2-bedroom, 1 bath home that was expanded and remodeled from foundation to roof. The result is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath main residence and 2-bedroom, 1 bath guest house each equipped with relaxing and inviting living spaces for the Owners and their guests to enjoy.
